Beyond the Barre 2018-2019 Tuition

Tuition Payment Options & Policies
$35 Yearly non-refundable registration fee-due at the first class for the first dancer ($20 for siblings)
Each dancer will receive a Beyond the Barre t-shirt upon registration.

2018-2019 BtB Tuition Rates are discounted based on hours/week per dancer.  Since these rates are discounted there are no sibling discounts or pay in full discounts.

Payment Options:
Option 1: Pay yearly tuition in full by 8/27/18.

Option 2: Pay tuition in 2 installments (At time of Registration/ January 7, 2019)

Option 3: Monthly Payment Plan-Pay your dancer’s tuition in 8 equal installments. *Credit card must be on file for the monthly payment plan.  NOTE-If you choose Option 3, please email Ms. Dena so she can personally set this up for you.

Tuition Installments 1st Semester-Semester 1 Tuition broken down into 4 equal payments
Due: At time of Registration, 10/1/18, 11/1/18, 12/1/18
Tuition Installments 2nd Semester -Semester 2 Tuition broken down into 4 equal payments
Due: 1/1/18, 2/1/18, 3/1/18, & 4/1/18

Payments accepted:  Beyond the Barre now accepts credit cards. Everyone will register online and create a family account.

If you choose to pay by check or cash, please give your tuition directly to Ms. Dena at the beginning of class in an ENVELOPE LABELED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME or mail to:  Dena Morley, 1209 Morts Pass, Wyoming, OH  45215.
Delinquent Accounts/Bounced Checks: A non-refundable $25 fee will be assessed for any payments not received within 10 days of payment date.  A $35 non-refundable fee will be assessed for all bounced checks.
Withdrawal Policy -Beyond the Barre wants all students to have a positive and rewarding experience.  If the dance classes are not an appropriate fit, students may withdraw from classes. If you choose to withdraw your child, you are responsible for the full price of tuition unless any one of the following circumstances apply:
1. The dancer’s preferences change and a request to withdrawal is submitted within the first 2 weeks of classes (August 27-September 9, 2018 for WRC Center classes & Sept 4-20, 2018 for Lads & Lassies classes) or the first two weeks of January.
2. The dancer becomes seriously ill or injured and a request to withdrawal is submitted with a signed physician’s notice indicating that the dancer cannot continue instruction due to a medical condition within 4 weeks of the onset of the condition, or
3. The family relocates and a request to withdrawal is submitted with documentation of family relocation within 4 weeks of relocation.
